Common Areas, Curfew & Guest Policy

I am only renting to responsible people. Until a tenant prove me wrong, I will consider him as a responsible person.

What is more important is Security, Safety and Respect. Make this place a safe haven for each other, stress free place to return to.

Common Areas

Ever meet a landlord that restrict your movement to your room and hope he wouldn't be reminded of your existence?

Not here. I prefer to be a friend than a probation officer. You are welcome to use the common area as long as you keep it clean and tidy after you use.

Curfew

There are no curfew or any time-based restriction for coming back. Please be considerate when coming back during the quiet hours (10pm till 8am).

Guests Policy

It's common for tenants who live with their landlords to be banned from having visitors over. But I believe one still have their social life. I don't allow having a party in the unit (that's what the multi-purpose hall of the condominium is for), But I allow occasional visit of a close friend as long as I am informed beforehand. The occupants must be responsible for the behaviour of his guest. No stay over is allowed
