The rental is legal.

You can register this residential address with Singapore Authorities including:

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA): eUpdate of Address (including student pass older) Note: Gentle reminder: You must report change of address no later than 28 days from the date of residence.

Ministry of Manpower (MOM): Employment Pass Online Note: For Employment Pass and S Pass Holder - As a pass holder, you must update MOM within 2 weeks of changing your home address, or you may be penalised. From 14 Sep 2018, your address must meet the housing requirements before you can get it updated. (Note: This address meets the housing requirements)

All the occupants staying here are either Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or valid Work/Student Pass Holder.

Pass Holder will have their pass expiry date checked periodically.

Passes must have a validity period of at least 6 months from the date of rental application.

Work Permit holders from construction, marine and process sectors must be Malaysians
