"This place is perfect if you are looking for a private, convenient, secured location with friendly housemates and landlord.

Apart from being a condo, the place is near malls, clinics, food and hawker centers, grocery stores, MRT and more. It has everything you need within walking distance.

Donovan (the Landlord) has been very accommodating and never hesitated to give anyone of us a helping hand in times of need. He respects everyone's space and privacy and quick to help us in any way he can.

Had I not decided to move overseas, I could have stayed longer in this place. :)"

"Simsville is good place to stay & Donovan's place is perfect. Clean, privacy is paramount. Simsville landscaping is excellent- I can do my exercise without going to the gym. Simsville location is nearby 3 big malls. Supermarket, Gyms, Movie theatres, popular retail shops/restaurants are within easy reach. With come transportation Paya lebar MRT Station is 2min walk in a covered walkway."

"Compared to my previous landlord, Donovan is very helpful & considerate. He keeps the place very clean & well managed. As an example, during my tenancy the kitchen area has gone many changes to the convenience of the tenants. Simsville is also a great place to live.
